Refund & Return Policy

HPRL Peptides supplies specialized research materials through HPRLpeptides.com. The following terms apply subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
1. Final sales
Routine returns, exchanges, and refunds are not offered for research compounds, including opened materials, change-of-mind requests, incorrect selections, or damage caused by storage after delivery.
2. Damaged or incorrect shipments
Report shipping damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging and provide your order reference, shipping label, product photographs, and a description of the problem. Do not send materials back without authorization.
3. Review and resolution
Confirmed fulfillment errors or transit damage are reviewed individually. HPRL may arrange replacement, another shipment, or store credit. This policy does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.
4. Missing deliveries
Provide tracking details for a delayed or missing shipment. Carrier findings help determine the appropriate response.
5. Changes and cancellations
Request changes immediately. Cancellation or modification may be unavailable once preparation or dispatch begins.

Use HPRL’s published contact channel and include your order reference and supporting evidence.
